The Chandelier Ballroom has been the setting for hundreds of weddings. From the ceremony to the last dance, our team makes sure every detail is handled so you can focus on the moment.
Hold your ceremony and reception in the same space, or use our separate ceremony area and transition guests into the ballroom for the reception. Either way, your guests stay comfortable and the timeline stays smooth.
The Grand Ballroom seats up to 300 for a seated dinner. The high ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and original hardwood floors create an atmosphere that photographs beautifully and feels even better in person.
Our private bridal suite gives you and your wedding party a place to get ready, take pre-ceremony photos, and have a quiet moment before the big entrance. Full-length mirrors, natural lighting, and enough space for the whole party.
A separate room is available for the groom and groomsmen as well.
Every wedding at the Chandelier Ballroom comes with the essentials covered. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
We work with trusted photographers, florists, DJs, and decorators in the Hartford and Milwaukee area. Michele can share our preferred vendor list when you book, or you are welcome to bring your own.
Yes. You and your vendors have access to the ballroom for decorating on the day of the event. We ask that all decorations be removed by the end of the evening. No confetti, glitter, or open flames outside of candle holders, please.
Absolutely. You are welcome to hire any DJ or live band you prefer. We have dedicated power outlets and staging space for sound equipment. We can also recommend local entertainment providers.
Most couples book a five-hour reception window. A typical timeline: ceremony at 3:00, cocktail hour at 3:30, dinner at 5:00, dancing from 6:30 to 9:00. Michele will work with you to build a timeline that fits your day.
